How long does delivery take?

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing and 7–12 business days for transit after dispatch.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is US$45 or more after discounts and before taxes. Any available shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Can I cancel an order?

Email service@aviyrion.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is available only before processing or fulfilment begins, whichever occurs first.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and the published return address.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection.
