Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated transit time

Delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Carrier, customs, weather and peak-season delays may extend this estimate.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$45 or more after discounts and before taxes. Any applicable charge is displayed at checkout.

Fulfilment location

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed after dispatch and may take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan. Customers can also use our Track Order page.

Delay, loss and address problems

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, the parcel appears lost, or the address needs urgent correction before dispatch, contact service@aviyrion.com. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address.

Cancellation

Requests must be emailed within 12 hours and can only be accepted before processing or fulfilment begins, whichever occurs first.
